IGD Habsan - 5 Process Plant, Gasco

Scope of the work :
The project components include a new complex called Habshan 5 located 15km northeast of GASCO's existing complex in Habshan. The complex has a gas processing facility, a natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery unit, four sulphur recovery units and utilities, and offsite facilities.
The gas processing facility includes four gas processing trains with a total capacity of 2,000m standard cubic feet per day.
TOTAL TONNAGE : 3,300 ton
Engineering / Detailing performed to produce,
- 1. Design / Design Detail of Multi Layered Pipe rack with Air fin cooler (AFC) supports on Top.
- 2. Design / Design Detail of Steel Equipment supporting Structures.
- 3. Study and Optimization of Bill of Quantities of all Steel Structures.

- STAAD data with related Calculation sheets.
- 3D Tekla Model & 2D Design Drawings
- Connection Calculations if any.
